Living with persistent dizziness, vestibular migraine, chronic imbalance or a vestibular condition can be overwhelming, especially when you've seen multiple specialists without clear answers or improvement. At Integrated Movement and Health, we specialize in treating complex vestibular and chronic dizziness disorders through personalized, one-on-one rehabilitation which is available in-home or via tele-health across the Main Line.
Led by Dr. Ian Haslam, PT, DPT, a vestibular and neurological physical therapist specializing in Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness(PPPD) and other vestibular disorders, our approach is personalized, evidenced based, and focused on restoring your confidence in movement.
Dr. Haslam has advanced experience and years treating Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness(PPPD), Vestibular Migraine(VM), and other Vestibular Disorders such as Vestibular Neuritis and Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo(BPPV). He has helped numerous patients overcome Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness(PPPD) when other providers including past vestibular therapists have not.
No shared spaces, no rushed appointments.
In-home visits available throughout the Main Line including Wayne, Radnor, Villanova, Ardmore, Chesterbrook, Berwyn, Malvern, Paoli, and King of Prussia.
Perfect for those balancing work, travel, and busy aspects of life.
We coordinate with your neurologist, ENT, PCP, or therapist when needed.
At Integrated Movement and Health, every session is designed around your unique symptoms, triggers, and goals. Dr. Haslam works with a limited number of patients to ensure the highest level of individualized attention and care.
We blend vestibular retraining, neuroplasticity-based movement exercises, and nervous system regulation strategies to help you feel steady again.
